Free sessions on Mondays, February 2 and 9, 2026 from 6 pm to 7 pm at Ecole Puntledge Park gymnasium, 401 Willemar Avenue in Courtenay, for children and youth born 2010-2021.

Bring your runners, hockey helmet with cage, hockey or lacrosse gloves and a water bottle.
