The pre-season practice schedule is here!

From March until mid-April, these warm up pre-season practices will be split between the Martin Park outdoor box and the Lewis Centre, and will take place throughout the week. 

The Martin Park lacrosse box is located on 20th Street near Willemar Avenue in Courtenay. Martin Park practices are always weather dependant. Notices of cancelled Martin Park practices will be sent to registered players through the TeamSnap app.

Update:  Saturday U15 and U17 practices are switched to Sundays starting March 12, weather dependent. Full gear required. There is no practice March 4.
